In an age of scarce personnel resources, offensive and market-oriented strategies are called for more intensively today. This is the only way of sustain ably achieving profit aims and sales increases. An important prerequisite for this however is a consistent orientation to the customer.

Which is why mature strategies for the sales force are required, that which oriented to practice and can be easily put into force during day-to-day business. 

The prospective control of sales planning, quality measures for the sales force and the transparency of sales performance count as factors for success in sales.
